Mari Montgomery Realty would like to share that the Wynne Home Arts Center will be holding spring art classes from Monday, March 19, through Monday, April 30.

Classes offered this semester include:

• tie-dying,
• ballroom dancing,
• bird art,
• ceramics
• ..and much more.

The Wynne Home is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.

WALKER COUNTY Volunteer search

CASA of Walker, San Jacinto & Trinity Counties is seeking volunteers to represent foster children in court and advocate for their needs. Volunteers must be at least 21 years old, have a clear criminal history, be able to be objective and logical, and are willing to devote 10 hours a month to a child. A 30-hour pre-service class is required: 15 hours of classroom time and 15 hours of self-directed study. The next pre-service class begins Thursday, March 22, and applications are now being accepted.
