There are so many favorite parts of my job, it's hard to pick one.  So, I will say, seeing my clients' faces at closing is up there as "way cool."

They are happy, happy. I stopped by their new home just this evening and John was busy with a Homeowner project already.  He told me they haven't owned their own place in so long, all he wanted to do was work on home projects and settle in.  They got a real beauty.  Over 2600 square feet to spread out, and it has a SAUNA!  Can you believe it?  How cool is that?
