 Selection Criteria
The FIVE STAR Real Estate Award program is conducted by a 3rd party research firm, and recognizes real estate agents who have successfully satisfied key client satisfaction criteria and have scored highest on Overall Satisfaction. FIVE STAR Real Estate Agents do not pay a fee to be included in the research or the final list.

The first step in the FIVE STAR award research process involves soliciting evaluations by mail and phone from area residents who have recently purchased homes, as well as mortgage and title companies. Based on their direct personal experience, survey respondents evaluate the real estate agent on 9 service attributes:

1. Customer Service
2. Integrity
3. Market Knowledge
4. Communication
5. Negotiation
6. Closing Preparation
7. Finds the Right Home
8. Marketing of Home
9. Overall Satisfaction

Determining FIVE STAR Agents
The final list identifies the real estate agents of those evaluated who scored highest on Overall Satisfaction. The list is then reviewed by a Blue Ribbon panel of experienced individuals in the real estate industry to assess the highest scoring agents, and make their recommendations for inclusion, or removal, from the FIVE STAR list. Agents are also screened to verify that all licenses are up to date and that no disciplinary actions are pending prior to confirming the final list of agents. We are pleased to be recognized this year as among exclusive 7% of real estate agents in the Houston market that received the award.
