I can't believe it, I took the day off.  I put my brain on the proverbial rinse cycle.  It was a beautiful thing.

I majored in playing fetch with my "Teaser" (my Maltese) Her Name is Carmencita--"Carmen" ,

Lounging in my PJ's until obscene hours of the day, and making sure my recliner was still in working order.

She is very demanding.  Waht is her favorite toy yo fetch???   Synthetic wine corks.  Can you belive it?  She has a box of toys, purple dogs (named "purplehead), rope bones, fuzzy stingrays--named "sammy stingray" (that just doesn't sound right, does it?),  "Crabby Crab," self descriptive, etc.  She loves corks.  And she LOVES when they roll under things like cabinets, the sofa, chairs.  We even chose a china hutch based on the fact that it sat flush to the floor.   Corks----buy a dog toy and get a free bottle of wine!  Now, that's my kind of problem.

She is such a "Goober!"  I love her to pieces. My only child.  You guessed it, now here come the pictures.  (I am such an obnoxious mother) 

"Mommy, I hate getting my picture taken!"

    "What, may I ask, are you doing in MY dining room?!"
