Dear new Homeowner--I can't wait for our first date and wedding!!!

I really don't want to be forward, but I truly cannot help it.  I haven't met you yet and I am too excited to not write to you.  I know you haven't even seen me, but I assure you, once you lay eyes on me, you will not be able to resist me.  I am beautiful and have had a great life thus far.  I have been treated like a favorite child and frankly, I am the favorite and have been since the beginning of my life in 1995.  And, yes, I am young too!  Don't worry, you won't be violating a law by dating and marrying me because I am a house!

I am located in Huntsville TX in a subdivision called Elkins Lake.  You can play golf here as many times as you want every day and every month for free (AND, I won't even nag you if you play ALL day EVERY day!)!  The homeowners association fee is only $156.00 and includes unlimited golf and has 2 pools, tennis courts, lakes that are stocked with fish.  It is so beautiful here that when we do get married, this is where we need to live.  I have 3 bedrooms ad 2 bathrooms.  I was crafted by one of the best builders in the area, Edwin Thomason.  I have over 2000 square feet, a deck to enjoy nature directly off of a sunroom to enjoy the outdoors -- in.  I am a very special house that I cannot wait to make a home with you.

I am the perfect patio type home that you haven't been able to find anywhere else.  I have a big, neutral kitchen and huge living area with a fireplace.  You really need to see me.  Call my friend Mari for an appointment.  She's cool (and lives just down the street from me).
